- 500 g ground beef
- 1 stale white bun
- 1 tbsp. mustard strong
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp. oil soup
- Paprika in a mild powder
- Salt and pepper
The steps to succeed the meatballs:
1 In a little hot oil, melt the diced onion and garlic. Soak the white bun in water and squeeze it.
2 Thoroughly mix the minced meat with all the ingredients, with your hands. Season with salt and spices as desired. Then form balls about 5 cm in diameter and place them on the oven pan.
